iBecome is a mobile application that provides motivational quotes, daily inspiration, habit tracking, and personal growth tools. The app is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Free and Pro Subscriptions

iBecome offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free tier: Access to core features including 245+ quotes, daily streaks, and basic customization.
• Pro Monthly ($4.99/month): Includes all free features plus wallpapers, app icon customization, lock screen widgets, and Apple Watch complications. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Lifetime Access ($99 one-time): All Pro features with a single one-time payment. No recurring charges.

4. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within iBecome, including but not limited to the app design, logo, and original content, is owned by iBecome and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Motivational quotes attributed to public figures are used under fair use principles.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Reproduce or distribute app content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

iBecome is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Motivational content is for inspirational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBecome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
