How do I cancel my Pro subscription? ▼
On iPhone: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → iBecome → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → iBecome → Cancel.

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device? ▼
Open iBecome → tap the user icon (top right on Home screen) → tap "Upgrade to Pro" → on the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases". Your purchase will be restored automatically using your App Store or Google Play account.
How do I add the widget to my lock screen? ▼
1. Lock your iPhone and press & hold on the lock screen.
2. Tap "Customize" at the bottom.
3. Tap "Lock Screen" to edit it.
4. Tap the widget area below the clock.
5. Scroll through the list and find "iBecome".
6. Select the widget size and tap "Add Widget".
7. Tap "Done" to save.

Why isn't my streak counting? ▼
Your streak increases by 1 each day you open the app. Make sure you open the app at least once per day. If you miss a day, the streak resets to 0. Streaks are tracked locally on your device.
How do I turn off notifications? ▼
Go to the Profile tab → Daily Rhythm section → toggle off "Daily Reminders" and/or "Fire Phrases". You can also disable notifications from your iPhone Settings → Notifications → iBecome.
Can I change the app icon? ▼
Yes! App icon customization is a Pro feature. Go to Profile → Visuals → App Icon and choose between Dark, Light, or Grey. This feature works in the published App Store version (not in Expo Go preview).
I found a bug. How do I report it? ▼
Please email us at support@ibecome.net with a description of the bug, your device model, and iOS/Android version. We respond within 24 hours.
Is my data backed up to the cloud? ▼
Currently, all data (saved quotes, streaks, preferences) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or switch devices, your local data will not transfer. We are working on cloud sync for a future update.
I want a refund. What should I do? ▼
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund.
Google: Visit the Google Play Help Center and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
